I strive to achieve the absolute best for every single property. This involves factors such as satisfied tenants, maximum rental revenue with stabilised terms, the lowest possible number of vacant properties and an effective marketing approach. We aim to tick all the boxes for our clients when it comes to transaction activities by constantly looking after their property. Our services in the asset class of office real estate include managing existing tenants, negotiating lease contracts, coordinating and supervising service providers, offering on-site support provided by local teams and developing marketing strategy concepts. I additionally aspire to tap into and make the most of even more potential across the entire spectrum of services offered by BNP Paribas Real Estate for investors, especially key clients, throughout Germany.

Project highlights

I cannot and do not want to underline any specific project. I consider our work as a team to be our ultimate highlight: Since the Investor & Asset Advisory division was founded, we have successfully advised and supported the repositioning, vacancy reduction and existing tenant support activities of approximately 30 investors with more than 40 assets and a total of nearly one million square metres.
