Become an expert in the strategic buying and selling of real estate on our integrated business studies degree programme for the Transaction business unit. Analysing and evaluating investments will become second nature to you. At the same time, you will acquire an in-depth understanding of the theory behind this field of work, as you alternate with weekly stints between block teaching at university and practical on-the-job deployment. You will study at your location at the state-recognised IU University of Applied Sciences (no. 1 German private university according to the CHE university rankings). In-house teaching sessions are also held at regular intervals to provide you with optimum support. And at the end of three and a half years you will be all set for your future career as a consultant in the investment field.

As an alternative option, high school graduates can pave the way for a future career as an industrial engineer for property management with a corresponding integrated degree programme. Optimised operational processes and facilities engineering management will then be your line of work. From planning through construction to the use of buildings – you will manage technical, infrastructural and commercial processes as an all-rounder with strategic nous. We will finance your studies at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. During the three-year programme, you will alternate between practical and theoretical modules every three months.
