On my journey from a newbie in the real estate world to a Managing Director, I have actively helped to shape the expansion of our valuation activities here at BNP Paribas Real Estate. While I enjoy classic tasks such as producing real estate valuations in line with deadlines and the market, I am particularly passionate about tackling the challenges posed by complex project development, restructuring and acquisition valuations. We successfully handle such valuation activities for investors and banks in Germany and abroad on a regular basis in our interdisciplinary team.
I also live out this passion as a member of the Property Valuation Committee of the City of Frankfurt am Main and of the Accounting and Valuation Committee of the German Property Federation (ZIA). In addition, I actively support and promote young talent in our industry as a property valuation lecturer and a counsellor and assessor of the RICS.
