As a Division Manager for the whole of Germany, my main focus is placed on institutional investors and major national transactions involving residential property. I work in extremely close cooperation with both our regional and national teams, joining forces to meet our clients’ every need and always being open to new ideas. We promote an understanding and the transparency of the residential property markets in Germany by publishing a multitude of market reports, most recently our Residential Property Report for Institutional Investors.

- Exclusive sales of large-volume forward deals such as alpha in the Maximiliansquartier in Berlin, Georg & Ludwig in the Diamaltpark in Munich, Elbkant in the HafenCity in Hamburg and Stafflenberg in Stuttgart
- Exclusive sales of various residential portfolios reaching sums in the triple-figure millions, for example the Prime 4 Portfolio, Liquid Portfolio, Redwood Portfolio, Nova Portfolio, Impremium Portfolio and Century Portfolio
