I have been responsible for the Corporate Finance & Portfolio Transactions divisions since 2019. In this role, I provide support and advice for the purchase and sale of real estate portfolios across all asset classes. My work also focuses on major deals and providing financing advice for complex transactions.
Project highlights
- Millennium Portfolio (2019) – Selling the entire portfolio of the company Generali Lebensversicherung AG to the company Commerz Real AG. The portfolio comprised 49 office, residential and retail properties in premium locations in major German cities and was the largest real estate transaction in Germany to date.
- Prime Four Portfolio (2020) – Selling an extensive portfolio of residential properties in central locations in Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt am Main and Cologne. This sale represented the largest asset deal to date in the corporate history of the buyer, the company Real I.S. AG. The portfolio was sold by Invesco Real Estate.
- Medicus Portfolio (2020) – Selling six core properties used for a variety of purposes in Berlin and Düsseldorf for a joint venture between pension funds and the company Hines. The portfolio was purchased by a special fund managed by Union Investment.
