As the Head of the Hotel Services division with a current total of ten employees, I work with my team to support sales processes and searches for operators of both hotels and serviced apartment properties throughout Germany. Since our division was founded, we have accompanied the successful completion of hotel transactions with a volume of more than € 3 billion in Germany and neighbouring countries.
Project highlights
- The Squaire – selling the iconic property at Frankfurt Airport on behalf of its owner
- WestendGate – accompanying the sales process of the skyscraper complex opposite the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds
- Ruby Hotels – selling a total of four Ruby hotel projects in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne and Düsseldorf
