As Managing Director, I handle all of our property management activities throughout Germany to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution for their properties. Our team of around 250 employees at nine locations works to offer our clients the entire spectrum of real estate management services – cost-optimised and tailored to suit their individual needs and requirements while also considering the day-to-day challenges they face. Our special services for our clients include providing advice on and supporting the implementation of solutions compliant with the ESG taxonomy and helping them to identify energy-efficient management potential.
