I have been working as the Head of the Logistics & Industrial Advisory division at BNPPRE since 2019. In this role, I am responsible for the brokerage of logistics and industrial properties throughout Germany, which also includes all of our property rental activities in Germany. My position additionally involves providing support and advice for project developments tailored to meet specific needs.
Project highlights
- Advising the METRO GROUP as part of the re-organisation of its logistics network, which involved concluding rental agreements for a storage area covering approx. 50,000 m² in Kirchheim an der Weinstraße and a storage area of approx. 220,000 m² in Marl
- Selling a former power plant site (Knepper Power Station) with a plot area of approx. 600,000 m2
